Kahapon, I posted a blog regarding a common issue na kinakaharap ng mga small Youtuber lalo na yong hindi inalam ang mga policies ni YT pagdating sa monetization approval. Isa sa mga dahilan ng disapproval ay ang REUSED CONTENT. But hindi lahat na reused content ay pwedeng ma-charge into reused content kung marunong ka lang at pinag-aralan mo ito. Ang brief definition ni YT sa reused content ay ito:

Reused content refers to channels that repurpose someone else's content without adding significant original commentary or educational value. This policy is taken from the AdSense Search Console portion of AdSense program policies. We’ve put it in a context that’s more relevant for YouTube creators.

This policy applies to your channel as a whole. In other words, if you have many videos that violate our guidelines, monetization may be removed from your entire channel.

Channel uses someone's content without making changes that add significant value.

Ibig sabihin kailangan mong baguhin ang isang content na pagmamay-ari ng iba upang ito'y magkaroon ng significant value apart from the original content nito. Hindi yong kunin mo sa isang channel or sa isang social media account tapos re-upload mo ulit. Anu-ano ang mga reused content na pinapayagan ni YT na magiging monetize? 

Examples of what is allowed to monetize

The spirit of this policy is to make sure we’re monetizing original content that adds value to viewers. If you put a funny or thoughtful spin on content you didn’t originally create, you’ve transformed the content in some way. It’s generally OK to have this type of content on your channel, but individual videos may be subject to other policies like copyright. In other words, we allow reused content if viewers can tell that there’s a meaningful difference between the original video and your video.

1. A funny or thoughtful revision of content you didn't originally create
2. Clips of others people's content as part of a critical review
3. A scene from a movie where you've re-written the dialogue and changed the voiceover
4. Replays of a sports tournament where you explain what a competitor did to succeed or fail
5. Reaction videos where you comment on the original video
6. Edited footage from other creators where you add a storyline or commentary

PWEDE MONG GAWIN ANG MGA SUMUSUNOD

• Pwede mong i-revise into funny thing yong video na hindi sayo basta mayron itong good thoughts para sa iyong mga manonood.
• Pwede kang kumuha ng short clips sa isang content para sa gagawin mong review sa isang topic.
• Pwede mong ire-write ang dialogue sa isang movie. Marami ng gumawa nito ngayon at pinalitan ang boses.
• Kapag sports enthusiast ka, pwede mong ipaliwanag ang nangyari sa isang laro kung bakit nanalo ang isang kupunan. 
• Pwede ka ring gumawa ng reaction video sa isang content gaya nalang sa mga kaso na tinatalakay ni Raffy Tulfo in Action.
• Pwede mo ring i-edit ang mga footage ng isang creator at lagyan ng mga storya at comment related to your new content.

Huwag lang 100% copied tapos re-upload mo, siguradong maa-approved ka sa iyong monetization. Mag-ingat sa pagamit o pagkuha ng mga content na pagmamay-ari ng iba baka, isa ito sa magiging grounds para hindi ka pumasa sa iyong monetization application or ground para mawalan ka ng monetization kung sakaling ikaw ay monetized channel na.
